In a press release published today by the MCSO, Arpaio says he intends to commission a volunteer vigilante force to hunt illegal aliens.
The release states, "The Sheriff will soon implement his plan to commission a volunteer armed posse force outfitted with appropriate hardware and gear to assist in the enforcement of illegal immigration and human smuggling laws."
This is scary... vigilante justice is frowned upon almost everywhere because it never ends well.

and training? John Doe farmer isn't as well trained as a real police officer... He's more likely to blow some innocent person's head off than kill an actual criminal.
This man is trying to start a real war with Mexico and will end up dead due to his own stupidity. One of his trigger happy posse lunatics will shoot someone and Mexico will retaliate.
I cannot even begin to fathom the mentality of someone who would sign up for something like this... 10 to 1 odds that the majority are rednecks just itching to shot at someone...
I also have a feeling that the term "illegal immigrant" is an excuse to exercise some down home racism.
